سایت گلس (Sight Glass):
سایت گلس یا شیشه رویت، وسیلهای است که در سیستمهای لولهکشی استفاده میشود تا جریان سیال (مایع یا گاز) را بهصورت بصری مشاهده کنیم. این دستگاه معمولاً یک محفظه شفاف (از شیشه یا مواد مقاوم) دارد که امکان بررسی جریان، سطح مایع، رنگ یا وجود ناخالصیها را فراهم میکند.
- کاربردها: بررسی جریان در سیستمهای بخار، آب، روغن یا مواد شیمیایی؛ تشخیص نشتی یا انسداد.
- انواع: سایت گلسهای ساده (برای مشاهده جریان)، نوع شناوری (برای نشان دادن سطح مایع) یا با نشانگرهای چرخان (برای نمایش حرکت سیال).
- مزایا: نصب آسان، هزینه کم، و امکان نظارت مستقیم بدون نیاز به ابزارهای پیچیده.
فلومتر (Flow Meter):
فلومتر یا دبیسنج، دستگاهی است که برای اندازهگیری دبی (حجم یا جرم سیال عبوری در واحد زمان) در سیستمهای لولهکشی به کار میرود.
- انواع: فلومترهای مکانیکی (مثل توربینی)، الکترومغناطیسی، التراسونیک، و حرارتی، بسته به نوع سیال و دقت مورد نیاز.
- کاربردها: اندازهگیری جریان آب، گاز، بخار یا مواد شیمیایی در صنایع مختلف مانند نفت و گاز، پتروشیمی، و تأسیسات.
- مزایا: ارائه دادههای دقیق برای کنترل فرآیند، بهینهسازی مصرف، و تشخیص مشکلات سیستم.
تفاوت اصلی: سایت گلس برای مشاهده بصری جریان یا سطح سیال است، در حالی که فلومتر بهطور دقیق دبی سیال را اندازهگیری میکند و دادههای عددی ارائه میدهد. هر دو در نظارت و مدیریت سیستمهای سیالاتی مکمل یکدیگر هستند.
