شیر برقی (Solenoid Valve):
شیر برقی دستگاهی الکترومکانیکی است که برای کنترل جریان سیال (مایع یا گاز) در سیستمهای لولهکشی استفاده میشود. این شیر با استفاده از یک کویل الکتریکی (سلونوئید) کار میکند که با دریافت جریان الکتریکی، میدان مغناطیسی ایجاد کرده و یک پیستون یا دیافراگم را حرکت میدهد تا شیر باز یا بسته شود.
- انواع: شامل شیرهای دوطرفه (2-way)، سهطرفه (3-way)، نرمال بسته (Normally Closed) یا نرمال باز (Normally Open).
- کاربردها: در سیستمهای آبیاری، تهویه مطبوع، صنایع شیمیایی، و سیستمهای بخار برای کنترل خودکار جریان.
- مزایا: پاسخ سریع، کنترل دقیق، و امکان اتوماسیون.
- محدودیتها: وابستگی به برق و حساسیت به ناخالصیهای سیال.
شیر موتوری (Motor Valve):
شیر موتوری نوعی شیر است که با استفاده از یک موتور الکتریکی یا محرک (Actuator) برای باز و بسته کردن یا تنظیم جریان سیال عمل میکند. این شیرها معمولاً برای کنترل تدریجی (تناسبی) جریان یا فشار طراحی شدهاند.
- انواع: شامل شیرهای گلوب، پروانهای یا توپی با محرک موتوری.
- کاربردها: در سیستمهای HVAC، صنایع پتروشیمی، و فرآیندهای صنعتی که نیاز به تنظیم دقیق جریان یا فشار دارند.
- مزایا: کنترل دقیقتر نسبت به شیر برقی، مناسب برای جریانهای بزرگ و کاربردهای پیچیده.
- محدودیتها: هزینه بالاتر و سرعت پاسخدهی کمتر نسبت به شیر برقی.
تفاوت اصلی: شیر برقی برای کنترل سریع و خاموش/روشن (On/Off) مناسب است، در حالی که شیر موتوری برای تنظیم تدریجی و دقیق جریان یا فشار استفاده میشود. هر دو در اتوماسیون سیستمهای سیالاتی نقش کلیدی دارند.
