شیر دستی (Manual Valve) نوعی شیر صنعتی است که برای کنترل جریان سیال (مانند آب، گاز، روغن یا بخار) بهصورت دستی و بدون نیاز به نیروی الکتریکی یا پنوماتیکی استفاده میشود. این شیرها با چرخاندن دسته، اهرم یا فلکه توسط اپراتور باز یا بسته میشوند و جریان سیال را تنظیم یا قطع میکنند.
